Sarah joined Robert Gerrard in 2023 as Lift Plan® Team Leader and was promoted to Branch Operations Manager in January 2025.

With over 15 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including 13 years specialising in commercial motor insurance, Sarah brings extensive operational, leadership and client service expertise to the business. Prior to joining the insurance industry, she developed a strong customer service foundation within the banking sector.

Since stepping into her current role, Sarah has been responsible for overseeing branch operations, supporting staff development, driving process improvements and helping ensure the business delivers consistently high standards of service to clients and insurer partners. Her leadership approach combines clear communication, accountability and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Demonstrating her commitment to professional development, Sarah recently achieved a Distinction in her Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor qualification, further strengthening her leadership and management skills. Sarah is passionate about creating a positive working environment where colleagues can develop, succeed and provide exceptional support to clients. She believes that excellent service is built on strong relationships, technical knowledge and a genuine willingness to help.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys cooking, playing tennis and has a long-standing passion for ballroom and Latin American dancing. Having competed for many years, she later qualified as a dance teacher and continues to enjoy sharing her experience with others.
