Cheryl Manning joined Robert Gerrard in 2026 as an Account Executive within the Lift Plan team.

Having originally started her career in insurance at the age of 16, Cheryl brings a broad range of experience gained across insurance broking, foreign exchange, audit and accounting, as well as several years working within the education sector.

Her varied background has helped her develop strong organisational skills, a client-focused approach and the ability to adapt to a wide range of situations and challenges.

Having spent more than 20 years in client-facing roles, Cheryl understands the importance of listening carefully, building trust and providing reassurance when it’s needed most. She approaches her work with positivity and believes that honesty, understanding and clear communication are the foundations of strong client relationships.

Outside of work, Cheryl is an avid sports fan as well as a very keen baker, which is always good news for Team RG!
