Danelle Yansen joined Robert Gerrard in 2026 as an Account Executive within the Lift Plan team.

Danelle previously spent nine years working at senior level within the finance and banking sector, where she developed valuable experience across customer service, HR, financial administration and vault management. This background has given her a strong foundation in accuracy, organisation and delivering reliable support in a client-focused environment.

Now embedded in the insurance industry, Danelle applies these skills to ensure client needs are handled efficiently and to the highest standards. She places strong emphasis on attention to detail, clear communication and providing reassurance, helping clients feel supported and confident that their policies and queries are in safe hands.

Danelle approaches her work with a positive and organised mindset, focusing on consistency and delivering the best possible outcomes for clients. She believes that listening carefully and treating clients with honesty and respect are key to building strong and lasting relationships.

Outside of work, Danelle enjoys keeping fit with Reformer Pilates and spending time reading. She also has a particular interest in coin collecting.
