Frank Poole joined Robert Gerrard in 2026 as an Apprentice Account Executive within the Lift Plan team. At the start of his insurance career, Frank brings a natural enthusiasm for learning, along with a strong interest in numbers and problem-solving.

Prior to starting his apprenticeship, Frank worked as a trained barista and cocktail specialist, where he developed strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-focused approach. His experience in fast-paced environments has helped him build confidence in dealing with people and delivering a consistently positive service.

Frank approaches his work in an organised and proactive way, starting each day with a clear plan to stay on top of priorities. He believes that building trust through clear communication and consistency is key to strong client relationships, and he takes pride in being approachable, responsive and always willing to help.

Outside of work, Frank enjoys playing padel several times a week and has a strong interest in music, including DJing in his spare time. With his outgoing personality and positive attitude, he is quickly becoming a valued member of the team.
