Louis Moore-Nye joined Robert Gerrard’s Lift Plan team in 2025, bringing with him experience across broking, renewals, account management and business development dating back to 2018.

His broad background gives him a well-rounded view of the insurance process and a clear understanding of what clients value most: efficiency, reliability and honest communication.

Specialising in the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, Louis takes a proactive and client-focused approach, taking time to understand each client’s operations before recommending cover. Known for being approachable, transparent and responsive, he ensures every client receives straightforward advice and a service they can depend on.

Away from work, Louis is a keen sports fan with a particular love for football, Mixed Martial Arts, Formula 1 and basketball. He also coaches children’s football at the weekends, finding it a rewarding way to help young players build teamwork and confidence.
