Luke Weight joined Robert Gerrard in 2022 as an apprentice within our Lift Plan team, having impressed us during his work experience here earlier in the year.

Luke’s attention to detail and confident telephone manner makes him a valuable member within the team, and he is very much focused on providing a high quality and efficient service to our clients.

Outside of work, Luke follows Chelsea Football Club and enjoys attending all the home matches.
